Such prestigious award is presented to a Lion member who has:

1. Abided by and Exemplified the Lions Code of Ethics.

2. Have been an active member of the Winthrop Harbor Lions Club, or a transfer from an other Lion’s Club in good standing, for a Minimum of twenty (20) years.

3. Any active W. H. Lion member can recommend someone within the club for such Life membership to the Bard of Director to be taken under consideration.

4. Such an award may be presented at wither the Installation of Officers of our club, or at our Charter Night celebrations.
